Changes to Company Registration

Business processes are dynamic and it is not unusual to change a company that has already been established.

These changes can be required due to:

1. change, registration or striking off of a manager,
2. inclusion or exclusion of associates,
3. change of the address of management,
4. change of the name of the company,
5. increase or decrease of capital,
6. liquidation, obliteration etc.

In all these cases it is mandatory to register in the Commercial Register the specific change. In case you need any of our services, it is necessary to contact us so we can prepare the documentation for the change and to provide it for you to sign, to authorize it before notary (if necessary) and to submit it on your behalf to the Registry Agency.
